Meet & Greet Overview

Price: FREE | Duration: 20-30 Minutes

The initial step in our booking process is to schedule a Meet & Greet. This meeting is a prerequisite before booking any pet visits. During the Meet & Greet, we’ll cover the following key details:

  • Discuss your pet’s behavior, daily routine, preferences, and any dislikes to ensure their comfort and well-being.
  • Review visit details, preparation steps, and address any questions you may have.
  • Please be prepared to provide a room key to ensure we have access to your pet. The key will be returned to the front desk after the visit.

Visit Preparation Check-List

To guarantee your pet’s safety and comfort, please provide all the information listed below.

  • Ensure your pet has the correct amounts of food and medication, and provide their locations before the visit.
  • Leave a leash, harness, collar, and/or pet carrier in an easily accessible area for emergencies, even if they are not needed for daily care.
  • Feeding Schedule: Specify the times and quantities for each feeding.
  • Medications and Supplements: List any required medications or supplements, including their dosage and schedule.
  • Emergency Contacts: Please provide 1-2 emergency contacts, including some members of your party or group who are on the trip, in case we are unable to reach you.
  • Contact information for your pet’s veterinarian back home

Cancelation Policy

Bookings can be made up to 72 hours in advance. Payment is due at the meet and greet, and all payments are final. No refunds will be issued after the meet and greet.
